At the end of the 1950's, my father Rafael as head of the family, in a town called Caurio de Guadalupe in the state of Michoacán, had the responsibility of a family with six children. His main occupation was a logger and farmer. To take advantage of the time between planting seasons, he began beekeeping with the help of my brothers. Within a few years he distributed his production of honey to his surroundings, increasing his radius more and more as time went by. The honey they produced was merely wild, that is, multi-flower because it had its hives in the open field. He always cared about providing the best quality and the best service. At that time the people of our land were common to identify people with a nickname according to their occupation, their descendants or their physique. Now they would call it bullying but in reality it was a popular practice that in the end would be a very special and particular identification, in such a way that we were gaining the identification as "Los Mieleros". In 1960 as a new member of the family, I assumed the same identification in the following years. Due to family needs and educational development, we emigrated to larger cities such as Zamora Michoacán and Guadalajara Jalisco where I would finish my studies as an architect in 1985, leaving the honey business since I was thirteen years old, but my brothers continued in it. I got Married on December 1983 in Mexico, Left to the states in 1988 with my wife and 2 children. I started working in the production of electronic boards as a CNC machine programmer . Volunteered in the community for two years with a school district which eventually lead to a full time job there. In addition to obtaining my title in Child Development in 2016, I took on additional jobs at UCR extension and non-profit organizations that worked with First 5 programs educating and supporting families with children 0 to 5 of age.

In 2018, at the end of the year, I decided to retake the hive honey business, serving society with the natural product of the greatest benefits since all time, taking my father and family as the name "MIELEROS HEREDIA", being It is an honor for me to proudly represent my father's legacy using the respectable identification that our own people have given us since our history, in addition to continuing with my old man's teaching: “To serve the public with the highest quality and the best service because that's how we want it and that's how they deserve it ”. Today we have the best natural and organic honey in the region, depending on the season we can supply our market with honey from (sage) or sage, avocado, (wild flower) or wild, orange, avocado and some others. Clarifying for those who do not have this knowledge, which is avocado or orange or any other, is due to the location of the bees where this type of flower predominates, in such a way that all honey is natural and with its great benefits, without receiving any treatment or natural modification.
